The Foresters Arms is a traditional dog friendly pub in the New Forest providing an excellent base for pub walks and bike rides.  It is a traditional pub in its opening hours (see bottom left) and in the sense that you can hear each other speak - no loud music or games machines.  The Forester's Arms excels in gourmet pub food (daily specials - fresh fish and meat dishes as well as a regular pub menu), the chef Michael Harding being a Masterchef of Great Britain.  Food is served throughout the pub and restaurant areas. 

The pub serves a wide selection of drinks - wines, spirits, lagers, ciders and well kept real ales.  For the summer months there is a large pub garden and seating outside the front of the pub.  Among the pub's regular visitors are locals, tourists, walkers, cyclists, New Forest Ponies and donkeys.  This New Forest pub is near Fordingbridge - click here for location.
